Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today before school.
There were 29 children with 3 staff present.
Children were observed participating in a variety of activities, washing hands, playing with a variety of age appropriate toys and games.
3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time.
3 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, medications, menu and posted documents were all in compliance.
