Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 12:40pm. The center supervisor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 11 children and 3 direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of the inspection. Children were observed having an after-lunch break, on tablets, and this afternoon will paint canvas's to donate to a nearby senior living facility. The facility was found to be clean, and classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
