Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/15/2023 at approximately 8:20am and concluded on 9/15/2023 at approximately 9:15am. The children had just left the program to start the school day when the inspection began. There 2 staff members present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 10 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
