Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/8/22 and concluded on 9/12/22. The Center supervisor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present and 3 staff. The inspector emailed the Center Supervisor a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, staff records are reviewed annually at the central office. The children are doing activities and playing in the gym and outside. Snack on 9/12 was French toast goldfish and juice.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
