Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced inspection at 1:25pm. There were 34 children + 3 staff present at the time of the inspection. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children in the classroom areas were making a variety of art projects, while other children were having active play in the gym. Classrooms were well supplied with equipment for the children. Based on observations made, it was determined that there was not a working battery-operated radio. Evidence: There were no batteries for the radio on-site.
Plan of Correction: Staff stated they would buy the needed batteries.
