Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/14/2022 beginning at 7:25AM. 7 children arrived during the course of the inspection. 2 staff were present. The physical space, 5 children's records, staff records, posted documents, evacuation drills, the emergency supplies and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
