Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 9/12/2022 from 7:40AM to 8:20AM. 10 children were directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, evacuation drills, attendance, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, first aid supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed entering the facility, working on projects/homework and engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
