Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:45am to 11:30am. 20 children was directly supervised by 3 staff. Children were observed arriving to the facility. Attendance, the physical space, 3 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Children were observed playing outside on the playground. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
