Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/05/2024, from 11:05AM to 11:35AM. 25 children were directly supervised by 3 staff. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, attendance, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan/supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed arriving, engaging in age appropriate activities and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive.
