Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/30/2021. The Center Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were24 children enrolled in the AS program with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of children and staff trainings were reviewed. Record review for staff files are done semi-annually at the SACC office. One emergency medication and one OTC medications were on-site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
