Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during an early release afterschool session. Thirty three children were present with three staff. Children were observed using beads in an art project, playing with puzzles and Poke Man cards and doing origami as well as a group I the gym. January birthdays were also be celebrated with a special snack. One emergency medication is on-site with up to date authorizations and storage. Emergency preparation for drills and trainings for staff are current. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Lower cabinets with Clorox spray was unlocked in the first SACCroom.
