Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:00pm and 2:00pm. There were 67 children directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 10 staff records, 9 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and playing games. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. No violations were observed during the inspection.
