Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/3/2024 and completed on 10/3/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15AM and ended at 10:00AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
