Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/15/2022 from 3:48pm-4:50pm. There were 27 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed having snack and making crafts. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
