Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:35am- 8:40am. There were 22 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing video games, reading quietly, and making crafts. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
