Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/20/2021 and concluded on 05/27/2021. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were ten children with two caregivers for twenty four points which is within ratio for supervision. Reviewed a child's record, household members TB screenings, annual and required first aid/CPR trainings and emergency preparation. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. Lunch served today was baked chicken with broccoli and carrots, bread and milk. Observed physical space using FaceTime. Two chidden sleep in cribs and the remainder are on cots. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
