Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Seven children were present with two caregivers for eighteen points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children during rest time as one infant was awake during the visit. Reviewed a child's record, caregivers certifications and training documentation, physical space and nutrition. Lunch served today was ham, chicken and cheese sandwich, peas and carrots and banana. The infant takes a bottle and uses jar food. Emergency preparation for drills and written plan are current. The provider continues to take precautions to minimize the risk of COVID exposures. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
