Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 9/21/23 from10:00 am to 11:10 am. There were 36 children in direct care and supervision of 8 staff members. The children were observed engaged in learning activities and outdoor play. 3 staff records, 3 children's records, medications, attendance records and the exemption notice was reviewed to determine compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
