Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/10/2022. There were a total of 41 children with 10 staff members present. Children were observed art and crafts activity, circle time and transitioning to outdoor play. The center had children art items in the hallways. Staff were actively engaged and interactive with the children.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
