Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 4/4/24 from approximately 10:01am-11:30am . There was a total of 68 children with 10 staff members present in 5 classrooms. All classrooms were in compliance with ratio. Children were observed doing an art activity, independent play, table top activity, listening to a story and hand washing. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, emergency supplies and procedures. A total of 6 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening was not completed for a staff member at least every two years from the date of the initial screening.
Evidence: Staff #2's last TB screening results were dated 3/3/2022.
Plan of Correction: Director sent notice to staff and will ensure TB screening is completed.
