Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on February 15, 2023 approximately10:30 am to 12:00 noon. There were a total of 61 children with 11 staff members present. Children were observed handwashing, resting, tummy time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were not maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Evidence:
1. In the classroom of 2's, protruding screws were visible on the base of two toilets. The bathroom is accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: WO put in for recapping screws at the base.
