Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 15, 2023 from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 61 children under the supervision of 11 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
