This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interview.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on 09/08/2021 and concluded on 09/14/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present today; however, two staff were at the center. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, and background checks. A total of 2 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
