Inspector Notes

A Code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/8/2022 and concluded on 9/8/2022. There were 20 children present with five staff supervising and an administrative staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:00 am and concluded at 11:50 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
