Inspector Notes
A Code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/18/2023 and concluded on 9/18/2023. There were 35 children present with six staff supervising and one administrative staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:55 am and concluded at 11:35 am.
