Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/10/2024 and completed on 9/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 am and ended at 12:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
