An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 9/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
