Inspector Notes
Two licensing staff conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 05/30/2024 regarding staff supervision and child interactions. The investigation was initiated and completed on 06/05/2024. The two licensing staff were on site from approximately 9:50am until 2:15pm conducting interviews, reviewing collateral documentation.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection. please reach out to the licensing inspection if you have any questions.
