Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on November 21, 2024 and completed on November 21, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:17am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present with 12 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility,
