Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 9, 2023 at 8:30 an until 9:15 am and concluded on November 14, 2023. There were 21 school aged children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care in the cafeteria interacting with peers and staff, preparing to be transported to school. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
