An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/26/24 and completed on 9/26/24. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
