Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was completed from 10:00am until 10:55. Children and staff ratio were met.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 staff records and 3 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not complete repeat fingerprint checks.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 1, #2 and #3 did not contain repeat fingerprint checks, they were last completed in 2018. All background checks ae to be repeated every 5 years.
Plan of Correction: Staff will get the repeat background checks completed.
