Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/25/21. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via mobile video app as well as email and phone correspondence. During the inspection There were 4 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. According to the director there was no medication on site.
Children were observed participating in group play and virtual learning. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children.
