Inspector Notes

An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/22/2021. There were 18 children directly supervised by 3staff. The home, staff records, children?s records, and household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
