Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on December 7, 2022 from 9:15 am to 11:15a,. There were 56 children present, ranging in ages from three to five years, with 12 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 4 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Based on a review of staff health records, the center failed to ensure that each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent him from caring for children under his supervision.
