An unannounced inspection was conducted today from 11:00 am to 12:25 pm, in response to a complaint received by the agency. The complaint was related to supervision and neglect. Two staff members were interviewed, 2 staff records, 1 child's record and injury reports were reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. Violation not related to the complaint is listed in the violation notice. Based on records review, the center did not ensure that all children are in compliance with immunizations.
Evidence: Child # 1'sfirst day of enrollment was 10/24/23. Immunization records for Child # 1 were not obtained to this date.
