Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted in response to a self reported incident on 2/15/24. The incident was related to allegations about staff using inappropriate methods to redirect a child in the Older 2's classroom. 4 staff members were interviewed, 2 staff records and 1 child's record was reviewed. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the allegations were not valid. Other violations not related to the allegations have been cited in the violation notice.
