A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/10/24 from 10:15am to 11:45am. A self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of behavior guidance for children. 3 staff members were interviewed, classroom and playground observations were made and 1 staff's record was reviewed.
