An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was conducted on 9/29/25 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 47 children present with 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
