An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 05/07/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 a.m. and ended at 11:15 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two staff records on-site.
