Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/10/2024 and concluded on 5/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 a.m. and ended at 12:20 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present with one staff and two parent volunteers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 parent volunteer records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on medication review, the center failed to notify the parent that an expired medication needed to be picked up within 14 days of expiration. Evidence: An emergency medication expired 2/2024 and was not returned to the parent.
Plan of Correction: Medications will be reviewed for expiration dates and will be returned to parents when needed.
