Inspector Notes

A VA 22.1-289.031 code compliance monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. There were 12 children in care being supervised by 2 staff. The children were observed participating in chape services. A total of three children's records and two staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of two staff records it was determined that procedures regarding daily simple health screening were not followed. Evidence: There were no staff on site with certification in Daily Health Observation Training.
Plan of Correction: Staff will be trained in Daily Health Observation training.
