An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 02/12/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three staff records on-site.
