Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:10pm. There were 16 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed on the playground. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Evidence:
1. There were disinfectant wipes and dish detergent on the sink counter in the "Green Room".
2. There was disinfectant spray on the cabinet in the "Yellow Room".
