Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:05am-11:30am. There were 55 children directly supervised by 12 staff. The children and staff ratios were in compliance in 6 classrooms divided by age. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, listening to a story, and on the playground. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection.
