Inspector Notes
An unannounced, SHSI monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 5, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection was initiated at 9:45am and ended at 12:10pm, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspections; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy health and safety requirements. No violations were issued.
