Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 9/29/2022 from 9:90 an to 11:15 am. There were 60 children present, ranging in ages from three to five years, with 13 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. Children?s records and staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. . Evidence:
Staff #1 through Staff #9's records did not have documentation of a completed Central Registry Background check.
Plan of Correction: The Director will submit central registry check background forms immediately and will notify Licensing Inspector when they have been returned.
