During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 10/09/2024. The on-site inspection began at 09:30 am and ended at 12 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (116) children present with (20) staff. The inspector reviewed (10) children immunization records, and (5) staff records on-site on 10/09/2024. This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, health forms, postings, medication administration, authorization forms); tour of the facility; and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined one non-compliance with applicable code section, and the violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
