Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on July 29, 2024 and
completed on July 29, 2024,. The on-site inspection began at 8:50am and ended at 10:53am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.

Based on observation, there were electrical outlets with no protective covers.
Evidence:
The kitchen had an electrical outlet uncovered in Building 2 and the playroom had an electrical outlet uncovered in Building 1.
Plan of Correction: The covers were placed on the electrical outlets at the time of inspection.

Based on record review, a file was missing documentation of emergency contacts.
Evidence:
Child A had no emergency contacts listed in the record.
Plan of Correction: The parents will complete the emergency contact information at pick up today.
