An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/04/2024 and completed on 09/04/2024, as a part of licensure period. The onsite inspection began at 7:25 am and ended at 8:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children
present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 childrens records onsite and 2 staff records electronically on 09/04/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews,and observations.
